Step 1 - Build the box using the two long sides and the two short sides. The short sides are the two shorter pieces with the rabbeted joint cut in them.

Step 2 - Glue and nail the two frame ledge boards in place on each end of the box. These two pieces glue and nail directly onto the box ends. These boards should be nailed flush with the bottom of the box.

Step 3 - Before completing this step test fit your Ross Round frames, as they vary by manufacturer and some users won't need this spacer.

Glue and staple one or both 1/8" thick spacers made from lauan plywood to the frame ledge board, and flush with the bottom of the box. (test fit your frames after installing one, then if needed use the second on the opposite end of the super).
